Find here the Adventure Missoula Lunch Menu. Year after year, we are told we serve the best lunches on the river! Owner Jared Forsythe is a biology teacher during the school year and we begin our seeds in the green room at the school!  

We believe good food is the best ingredient for a group of people while spending the day on the river. Our lunches are prepared daily. We are frequently told that this great lunch on the great river of the Clark Fork makes a great day…that more fantastic.

This is one of the reasons our customers choose us!

Adventure Missoula is known for its’ home cooked meals and makes our river trips unique and unlike any other meal served on the river. Our fresh vegetables will vary in season, but will be delightful and full of taste when served on your trip. We are excited to offer fresh produce for three reasons.

rafting trip menu1. Growing local food is a hobby of ours that we enjoy sharing with others on top of a retired rafting bus surrounded by a pergola.
2. Food grown and served in one area is environmental friendly, cutting back on travel miles.
3. Fresh local grown produce just taste great!!!!

On our trips we bring water and lemonade on the river.

We provide a soda/beer to quench everyone’s thirst after your trip. Please let us know if there are any special requests to suite your needs. We are always happy to adjust our meals.

FULL DAY RAFTING AND FISHING TRIPS

ADVENTURE MISSOULA LUNCH MENU
We are using fresh grown herbs and ingredients from our roof top garden whenever possible. We slice our fruit river side. 

Entree Items:

Fresh Medium Salsa and Mixed Tortilla Chips

Homemade Pickled Green Beans

Raspberry Bowl from our roof top garden (when available)

Deli Platter Sandwiches with Hummus or Dijon Mustard
Deli salami choices (turkey or ham) on an artisan ciabatta role with fresh greens and cheeses, onion, and bell peppers. Sandwiches are served with our homemade honey dijon mustard dressing or roasted pepper hummus. 

Sides:
Fruit: Whole cut Watermelon or Cantaloupe

Crisp Noodle Salad: Cabbage, Onion, Ramen Noodles, Almonds, Sesame Seeds, Olive oil, Special seasonings, and Vinaigrette.

Dessert: 

Dessert features a rich fudge traditional brownie topped with creamy chocolate icing.

Alternatives: 

*PB Jelly sandwich is available for children

*Gluten Free Bread available upon request

*Food is made fresh and items can be removed due to allergy.
