Find here the Adventure Missoula Lunch Menu. Year after year, we are told we serve the best lunches on the river! Owners Jared and Sara Forsythe own a farm where we grow raspberries, haskaps, and salad greens. We also have a pergola at the rafting and fishing headquarters, where we can grow supplemental greens for our fresh deli sandwiches. We believe good food is the best ingredient for a group of people while spending the day on the river. Our lunches are prepared daily. We are frequently told that this great lunch on the great river of the Clark Fork makes a great day…that more fantastic.

Our fresh vegetables and fruits will vary in season, but will be delightful and full of taste when served on your trip. We are excited to offer fresh produce for three reasons.
1. Growing local food is a hobby of ours that we enjoy sharing with others
2. Food grown and served in one area is environmental friendly, cutting back on travel miles.
3. Fresh local grown produce just tastes great!!!!

ADVENTURE MISSOULA RAFTING LUNCH MENU
We are using fresh grown herbs and ingredients from our greenhouse at the farm and our rooftop pergola.
We slice our fruit river side. We pack all items and our customers take what they like buffet style.
No sandwiches are pre made.
Drinks:
On our full day rafting and fishing trips we bring water and lemonade. We provide a soda/sparkling water to quench everyone’s thirst after your trip.
Entrée Items:
Potato Chips
Deli Platter with Hummus or Dijon Mustard
Deli salami choices (turkey or ham) on an artisan Wheat Montana Roll with fresh greens and cheeses, onion, and bell peppers. Sandwiches are served with honey dijon mustard dressing or roasted pepper hummus.
Sides:
Fruit: Whole cut Watermelon or Cantaloupe, sliced river side
Homemade Crisp Noodle Salad: Cabbage, Onion, Ramen Noodles, Almonds, Sesame Seeds, Olive oil, Special seasonings, and Vinaigrette. *Forsythe Family Recipe
Dessert:
Chocolate chip cookies
Raspberry or Haskaps Bowl from our garden (when available)
